The Healing Power Of Nature

I believe that optimal health is attainable for all through prevention, education and a commitment to one’s own health. The human body has a natural tendency to move towards integration and a state of well being when one complies with the Laws of Nature.  Eat healthy, colourful foods.  Drink lots of water. Move the body.  Get adequate and restful sleep.  Take time for healing.  Know your spiritual path.  Develop healthy relationships.  Balance work and play.  In following the Naturopathic principles, I endeavor to treat the whole person, practice as doctor as teacher and focus on the causes of disease and illness in order to restore health and well being.
